In 1998, LINSA, Logística Internacional del Norte, S.A. of C.V. was constituted as a Mexican company opening its doors to its first owned Warehousing, Train Transloading and Distribution Center located in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. This Facility is Strategically located Downtown Monterrey, to serve all the surrounding districts, keeping the Distribution cost at its lowest levels.

Its warehousing capacity consist of:
99,000 square Feet of roofed Tax Bonded Warehouse space.
1,600 rack positions.
9,700 square feet of offices.
45,000 square feet of handling and storage yards.

LINSA´s Rail Distribution terminal also has the capacity to receive up to 9 railcars per day on its private rail track, with access to 6 railcars indoor and 3 railcars outdoors.
